Chimmicurri oyster mushroom steaks with a sun-dried tomato & avo pasta 🍝 so so delish also yes I’ve gone mad avo in pasta but it was SO GOOD AND CREAMY DONT diss it till you try it 😍😍😍🥑🥑

🍄 oyster mushroom steaks 🍄
Serves 1
– 150g oyster mushroom clusters • 1tbsp olive oil • salt • pepper • garlic granules •

– fry the oil in the pan then literally season and then add the mushroom clusters and fry by squishing them down with another pan (a v good technique) to really flatten them as they cook
– do this on each side and cook till golden on each side then place in the oven for 6 mins at 200
– FOR THE CHIMMICURRI: finely chop a handful of each mint, coriander and parsley and mix in a bowl with a crushed garlic clove, 1tsp red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and 1tbsp olive oil
– drizzle the sauce over the steaks n serve !!
