HIGH-PROTEIN LENTIL SPICED LOAF 🍞 okkkkk showing you a life hack here if you’re wanting to boost your protein in simple ways, I promise you make this loaf and you won’t even need to consider using any vegan protein powders 💪🏼 a slice of this contains a mad 30g OF PLANT BASED PROTEIN which is the SAME amount of protein as 100g of chicken breast😱 so literally make this up and munch on it through the week for breakfasts, snacks or lunches 🥗 DELICIOUS toasted with some spread (even sweet!) or for a sandwich 🥪 and the easiest recipe!

🍞 HIGH PROTEIN TURMERIC SPICED LENTIL LOAF RECIPE 🍞 makes one loaf
• 300g vital wheat gluten (I got cheap from amazon) • 200g red lentils • 500ml water • 1tbsp nooch • 1/2 cube of veg stock • squeeze of lemon • dash of turmeric • dash of cumin • salt and pepper •

– combine all of the ingredients together in a blender then take out and kneed approx 2-5 mins till smooth
– pop into a loaf tin (one you would use for banana bread) – it will be quite sticky but fiddle around and push it out so it fills the tin right to the corners
– pop in the oven and bake for 45 mins at 180
– when ready take out, let it cool then slice & enjoy 💪🏼🍞😜✨
