HIGH-PROTEIN VEGAN FRENCH TOAST 🍓🍞🍯 if you haven’t had your Sunday breakfast yet I have you COVERED 🤪 packing in a PUNCH at approx 38g of plant-based PROTEIN 💪🏼 you will need some protein powder but other than that this is the EASIEST recipe with only 3 ingredients 😎 also I don’t like normal French toast as I find it too eggy but this I absolutely LOVED – so sweet, so crispy & I wish I could have it againnn 🤤 get saving ✨

🍯🍞 HIGH PROTEIN VEGAN FRENCH TOAST RECIPE 🍓🍯
• 2 slices of bread (I used seeded wholemeal) • 30g vegan protein (@myvegan soy isolate salted caramel) • 175ml almond milk • cinnamon •

Toppings: 100g @alpro plain yoghurt • handful of chopped berries • @skinnyfoodco salted caramel syrup • chia seeds •

– blend the almond milk and protein powder together (or whisk in a bowl) and place into a shallow bowl
– soak the toast in the mixture and coat in cinnamon
– fry the toast in a pan (use coconut oil or just an oil spray), drizzling any remainder of the mixture over top
– serve with yoghurt, berries, syrup & chia seeds🍯
