🥗 marinated kale salad recipe 🥗
For the dressing: 1 heaped tbsp tahini • 1 tbsp soy • juice of half a lime • salt • pepper • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the salad: 100g kale, roughly chopped torn off the stem • 1 beetroot, chopped • cucumber, chopped • handful edamame beans • 1/2 an avocado, cubed • tbsp sunflower seeds •

– whisk the dressing ingredients together and then massage into the kale using your hands, set aside for 20 minutes
– add in all the other ingredients, stir, season and serve
