MATCHA LATTE PROTEIN OATS 🍵🍒 the ideaaal post workout brekkie with 40g of plant-based protein goodness in this bowl! Literally the most filling bowl of oats as it’s got grated courgette which really adds volume (and creaminess!!) to the oats – don’t knock it till you try it I promise you 😜🌱 all vegan obvi too!! such a colourful bowl perfect to fuel your day 💪🏼 have a loveeelllyy weekend all ⭐️

🍵 matcha latte protein oats 🍵
• 55g oats • 150ml almond milk • 1tsp chia seeds • 1/2 grated courgette • 30g @myvegan matcha soy isolate (or any vegan whey + tsp of matcha) •

– place the oats, courgette, chia seeds and almond milk then simmer on low till the liquid has reduced
– mix the protein powder with a bit of water so it forms a paste
– remove the oats from the heat and stir through the protein powder paste and leave to sit for 1 min so it all absorbs
– top with coconut yog and berries 🤩
