PEANUT BUTTER & ‘BACON’ PROTEIN PANCAKES 🥞🤪🥓 whhhhatt an ideal post workout breakfast combo I’m still droooling over this 🤤 literally used @abs_eatsss vegan protein pancake recipe and then cooked the @this.uk bacon separately, chopped it up and crumbled it over the top along with some melted @manilife_ PB (the best peanut butter out there imo) 🥜 Another perfect plant-based/ vegan friendly breakfast recipe packed full of protein !!

🥓 PB & bacon protein pancake recipe 🥓

For the pancakes: 75g self raising flour • 30g protein powder (I used @myprotein salted caramel) • 160ml almond milk • 1/2tsp baking powder • 50 g blueberries

Toppings: 2 rashers @this.uk bacon • 100g Greek yoghurt • 1tbsp peanut butter mixed with 1tbsp boiling water till smooth • handful of bluebs • @myproteinuk sugar free golden syrup •

– Literally mix the pancake batter and fry in a pan as you would with any pancake till golden!
– meanwhile, cook bacon according to pack then chop up and arrange over pancakes along with the PB drizzle, yoghurt, syrup and fruit !
