SALTED CARAMEL PROTEIN OATS🍯🌟💥🌸 nothiiiing a big bowl of oats won’t do to start up your morning 🤪 got the mastered technique for this porridge bowl from @thefitlondoner 🥰 the trick is all in the greater courgette 😏 (trust me on this one)
🍯 salted caramel protein oats 🍯
• 45g quakers oats • 25g salted caramel protein powder (I used @myproteinuk) • 200ml almond milk • 1/4 grated courgette •
– mix your oats, milk and grated courgette together in a bowl and microwave for 3 minutes
– meanwhile, mix the protein powder in another bowl with approx 50ml almond milk to make a paste
– add to the microwaved oats & microwave on low for 1 minute or enjoy as is 🌟
– top with berries, yog and syrup 🍯😍
*if you have time do this on a stove top !! *
