TURMERIC CHAI PROTEIN OATS 🥭 🥥☕️ bringing a lil bit of brightness to this rainy day with some delisssh protein packed & 5-a-day loaded oats! Using pumpkin purée annnd my new pulsin protein powder which combined sooo well with these flavours 😍 35g plant based protein right hereee 🙌🏼

🥭 turmeric chai protein oats 🥭
50g oats • 1tsp chia seeds • small dash of turmeric • 100g pumpkin purée • 30g vanilla vegan protein powder (I used @pulsinhq) • 1tsp maple syrup or sweetener • 175ml almond milk • 1 chai tea bag • chopped mango • dessicated coconut •

– place the oats, pumpkin purée, turmeric, syrup, chia seeds, chai tea bag and milk in a pot and bring to simmer and stir
– mix the vanilla protein powder with water to form a paste
– when the oats seem ready, remove the tea bag and pour in the protein paste and mix till combined
– serve with yoghurt, mango and coconut 🌴
