VEGAN BRUNCH 🌱🍳πŸ₯‘πŸ₯“ for lunch hehe (controversial) πŸ€ͺ stewed tomatoey chickpeas, fried mushroom & kale, scrambled silken tofu, avo & @lindamccartneyfoods sosssies πŸ˜‹
Seen scrambled silken tofu everywhere so decided to try it ouuut & it was divineee 🌟 even though I do eat eggs I can confirm this was as good if not better as the texture it so delish (&no gross eggs smell which I hate), would defo make again πŸ˜‹

🍳 scrambled silken tofu recipe 🍳
β€’ 200g silken tofu (I used @clearspring) β€’ 1/4 tsp turmeric β€’ salt (black salt if you have it) β€’ pepper β€’ chilli flakes β€’

– pat the tofu dry then add to a warm frying pan & mash with a fork, add in the other ingredients, heat and stir through then serve !!
